Development of several technical design options, assessment of risks and cost-effectiveness. Finalization of the optimal design concept and specifications.

3D modeling and engineering calculations
Creating a digital model of the product and performing strength and kinematic analyses.

Preparation of sets of drawings, diagrams, and specifications in accordance with the Unified System for Design Documentation (ESKD) and modern automation standards.

Reviewing documentation with the client and making revisions as needed. Assisting with the selection of components and manufacturing technologies, taking into account the available production capabilities.

Manufacturing, software development, and testing
Manufacturing of components, assembly of product prototypes, and software development (as needed). Conducting bench tests, debugging control algorithms, and verifying functionality.
