Functional purpose

Batch discharge centrifugal concentrators (UGM series) have been designed with simplicity in design, efficient operation and maximization of extraction results.

UGM-18 concentrators are capable of recovering very fine open particles and showing high extraction rates due to intense gravity fields. In some cases, the concentrator cycle can achieve an extraction of about 80% of the total throughput, depending on the percentage of native metal.

Manufacture and repair of spare parts for the concentrator

LLC "VGP-SpechTech" on a permanent basis is engaged in the manufacture and supply of components for concentrators of periodic unloading Falcon SB series.
Our company has developed its own polymer coating recovery technology for the basket and unloading ring of the rotor for concentrators SB 1350 and SB 5200. The durability of the polymer coating has been tested in real production conditions.
