Centrifugal concentrators
The UGM series batch discharge centrifugal concentrators have been engineered for straightforward design, effective operation, and optimization of extraction outcomes. The UGM-18 models are adept at recovering extremely fine particulates, exhibiting high recovery rates thanks to powerful gravitational forces. In certain instances, the concentrator cycle can attain an extraction of approximately 80% of the overall throughput, which varies based on the proportion of native metal.
Field of application of UGM series centrifugal concentrators
  • Collection of untainted gold, silver, platinum
  • Fine product hydrocyclone extraction or supply cycle
  • Control cleaning of tailings
  • Native and alluvial gold
  • Recleaning of concentrators

Production and maintenance of  concentrator components
  • LLC 'VGP-ST' is consistently involved in the production and distribution of parts for periodic unloading concentrators of the Falcon SB series.
  • Our firm has created its own technology for reclaiming polymer coatings for the basket and unloading ring of the rotor used in concentrators SB 1350 and SB 5200. The longevity of the polymer coating has been evaluated under actual manufacturing conditions.
