Hydropneumatic abrasive treatment (cleaning) occurs due to the slurry jet accelerated by compressed air hitting the material surface. The slurry jet consists of water with abrasive particles and surfactants.

The mobile unit body is mounted on a wheel base for easy movement of the unit to the work place.

The tank of the installation contains abrasive with water, which is fed to the monitor, where it is accelerated by compressed air. The abrasive can be added to the installation during operation. Cleaning (processing) is performed by smooth movements of the monitor, which is directed at an angle to the surface to be treated.

Principle of operation – ejector

The installation is intended:
  • for cleaning treatment of various surfaces outside of work premises on the street
  • for cleaning various surfaces in specially prepared boxes

Hydroabrasive small unit GMK-1 (DP, DR)
The unit body is made of high quality polypropylene and is mounted on a support frame.

The installation works in a closed loop. In the lower part of the body - a truncated pyramid, there is a pulp feed unit for the monitor. In the monitor, the pulp is dispersed with compressed air. Cleaning process is carried out by the action of a hydropneumatic jet on the treated surface.

The installation includes the installation itself, an air purification system and a water purification system for closed-loop operation. If necessary, the unit is equipped with a turntable.

Principle of operation – ejector

Additional modifications:
  • DP - direct pumping of abrasive slurry
  • RP - reverse pumping of abrasive slurry

The installation is intended:
  • for processing (cleaning) various surfaces of parts up to one meter long
  • for removing a wide range of contaminants from the treated surface, such as carbon deposits, rust, scale, paint, oxide films
  • for surface treatment for coating by painting and gluing. When processing by the hydropneumatic abrasive method, a surface with micro-roughness (close to mirror-like) is formed comparing to the common dry sandblasting method
  • while using special components (surface hardening occurs on the surface)
  • for the treatment of heat-sensitive surfaces
  • for gentle surface treatment due to the controlled feed of the abrasive mixture

Hydroabrasive habitable unit GOK-3
The unit is made with a recess in relation to the floor level. The chamber body is made of sandwich panels and installed on a foundation. In the lower part of the chamber there are working truncated pyramids, which carry out the function of collecting and recirculating the abrasive. In the truncated pyramids, pulp feed units are installed. The slurry is fed into the monitor and dispersed with compressed air. Cleaning (processing) is carried out by placing the treated surface under a hydro-pneumatic jet. The unit can be made of a pass-through or dead-end type with tracks for a trolley or a monorail.

The unit can be additionally equipped with a second monitor for increased productivity.

The unit includes the installation itself, an air purification system and a water purification system for closed-loop operation.

The unit body is made of plastic and is placed on a support frame.

The installation works in a closed loop. In the lower part of the body - a double truncated pyramid, there is a pulp feed unit. The slurry is fed to the monitor, where it is accelerated by compressed air. Cleaning (processing) is carried out by the action of a hydro-pneumatic jet on the surface to be treated. The unit is equipped with four processing ports.

The chamber can be additionally equipped with a second monitor to increase productivity.

The installation includes the installation itself, an air purification system and a water purification system for closed-loop operation. Roll-out table for installation and removal of workpieces.

Hydroabrasive habitat unit GOK-4
The base of the hydroabrasive chamber has a metal frame in which cones made of polypropylene are placed. The unit body is installed on a foundation.

Principle of operation - ejector

The unit can be used in a special room equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system.

GOK - 4 consists of the following main parts:
  • cone with frame, jet pump and filtration system –2 pcs.
  • tank for water purification and circulation with a feed pump - 1 pc.
  • pneumohydraulic control panel - 1 pc.
  • electric control panel - 1 pc.

The task of cleaning the inner surface is rather difficult to formalize. We are producers of hydropneumatic abrasive equipment and are ready to develop an installation for your needs.

The unit body is made of plastic and is placed on a support frame.

The installation works as follows:
In the lower part of the body, a truncated pyramid, there is a pulp feed unit, which is fed to the monitor, where it is accelerated by compressed air. Cleaning (processing) is carried out by rotating the pipe and translational movement of the rod with a monitor attached to it. The installation works in a closed loop.

The camera can be additionally equipped with a second monitor to increase productivity.

Hydroabrasive treatment (cleaning)
Hydropneumatic abrasive cleaning treatment is carried out by a jet of a suspension consisting of water with particles of abrasive material and surfactants, dispersed by compressed air.

The method of hydropneumatic abrasive treatment allows to clean the surface of materials from non-organic and organic impurities, removing coatings, rust, scale and other pollutions.
